First stop: The Arboretum, Europe’s oldest botanical garden and a Game of Thrones filming hotspot. Snap a few Insta-worthy shots and soak up the serene vibes before we continue our adventure.

Next, we’ll visit Mali Ston, famous for its mouthwatering oysters and mussels. Hop aboard a boat and glide through sparkling waters surrounded by charming villages and majestic mountains. On a floating platform, you’ll learn the ancient art of oyster farming while sampling these fresh delicacies paired with premium sparkling wine. Trust us—this is living your best life!

Once we arrive at Pelješac, settle into your hotel before heading to an intimate evening at a family-run organic winery. Sip on handcrafted wines while enjoying a farm-to-table dinner packed with Croatian flavors, all made with ingredients straight from the family’s farm.

We’ll kick things off with an exhilarating boat ride across the shimmering Adriatic Sea, where a local fisherman—renowned for his expert spearfishing and free-diving skills—will guide us. Watch as he demonstrates his craft, diving into the vibrant blue waters to catch fresh seafood right before your eyes.

Take a moment to soak in the stunning coastal scenery, with towering cliffs, hidden coves, and the endless horizon of the Adriatic. Feel free to take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, letting the gentle water of the Adriatic recharge your spirit before we head back to shore.

From there, we’ll make our way to the fisherman’s charming, family-run seaside restaurant, nestled amidst lush greenery with the calming sound of waves and vineyards as your backdrop. 

Here, you’ll experience the essence of Dalmatian hospitality. Together, we’ll enjoy the day’s catch fresh off the grill, alongside regional classics like black risotto, tender stewed octopus in red wine, and other traditional Croatian delicacies.

Lunch is an experience in itself: dining al fresco under the shade of trees, enjoying the breeze from the sea, and sipping on wine handcrafted by the family just for their guests. Every sip and bite will highlight the authentic flavors of the region, crafted with love and tradition. 

After lunch, you can unwind by the nearby beach or simply relax in this peaceful oasis.

As the day winds down, we’ll return to our hotel to freshen up and relax. Then, the evening brings another culinary treat: a festive dinner under the stars. magical island of Korčula, one of Croatia’s crown jewels! Steeped in

history and tied to Marco Polo’s Croatian roots, this captivating

island invites us to wander its ancient, labyrinthine streets on a

guided tour full of charm and intrigue.

Next, our culinary adventure reaches new heights at the renowned

LD Restaurant, a Michelin-starred wonder where Chef Marko Gajski

will wow us with his bold creations. Blending Croatian tradition

with modern flair, each dish is a masterpiece that promises to

tantalize your taste buds and leave you in awe.

With your senses satisfied, enjoy free time to hunt for treasures,

uncover hidden corners, or simply bask in the island’s laid-back

vibe. Then, we’ll set off on a picture-perfect boat tour, where you can

hand-feed friendly deer on a secluded island, cool off with a

refreshing swim, and sip sparkling wine as we toast the sunset and

watch the sky erupt in a symphony of colors. This is Korčula as it

should be experienced!

Day 5: Thursday, Aug 27th 

Captivating Korčula: A Day of Leisure, Wine, and Olive Oil Bliss 

Kick off your day by embracing fjaka, the Croatian art of pure, blissful relaxation. Whether you choose to lounge by the sea, sip a coffee at a cozy café, or simply soak in the island’s tranquil vibes, this time is yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Later, we’ll come together for a wine-tasting adventure at one of Korčula’s top wineries. Here, you’ll savor the distinct and vibrant flavors of the island’s unique varietals, a true reflection of its sun-drenched vineyards and rich terroir.

As the day winds down, we’ll visit the charming Ekoj Škoj estate, a family-run haven of sustainability. Known for their exceptional extra virgin olive oils, they’ll treat us to a tasting experience like no other, pairing their golden oils with homemade delicacies. Along the way, you’ll learn the secrets of their traditional production methods, making this a flavorful and unforgettable end to the day.

Day 6: Friday, Aug 28th 

Flavors of Tradition: Rustic Charm in the Konavle Valley

After a leisurely start to the day, we’ll dive into our next Croatian adventure with a celebration of Dubrovnik’s rustic charm!

Our journey takes us south to the breathtaking Konavle Valley, a picturesque haven of natural beauty and tradition. First up, we’ll explore a historic stone mill, a working marvel that offers a fascinating look at the region’s heritage and sustainable water practices.

Next, we’ll make our way to a delightful stone homestead, where a traditional Croatian feast awaits. At the heart of the meal is Peka—a centuries-old cooking method where meats like lamb or veal and fresh vegetables are slow-cooked under a dome-shaped lid. The result? A tender, flavor-packed dish infused with rich, smoky aromas. But this is more than just a meal; it’s a joyful immersion into Croatian culture and community, 

To elevate the experience, one of Croatia’s top young winemakers will join us, sharing his award-winning wines and revealing the centuries-old winemaking secrets behind them. Picture yourself in this Caribbean-esque haven, where the owners personally catch the freshest fish, ensuring each bite is a taste of coastal perfection.

Embrace the laid-back vibe as you take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters while savoring exquisite seafood dishes. Let the natural beauty and serene atmosphere envelop you, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and gourmet delight.
