You will indulge in local flavors and traditional dishes that paint a vivid picture of Dubrovnik’s rich culinary heritage. After the tour, the rest of the day is yours to explore Dubrovnik at your leisure. After checking out of Hotel More, we will set off along a breathtaking coastal road, heading to the picturesque Pelješac Peninsula, just a couple of hours from Dubrovnik. Our retreat for this leg of the adventure is the Aminess Grand Azur Hotel, beautifully situated by the Adriatic Sea in Orebić.

Our day kicks off with a visit to the charming village of Mali Ston, famous for its delectable oysters and mussels. Here, we will board a boat and cruise through crystal-clear waters, flanked by quaint villages and towering mountains. We will dock at a floating platform to witness the traditional oyster farming process, a practice that dates to Roman times. Chef Derick will prepare a spectacular oyster dish, allowing you to taste these exquisite bivalves in all their glory. Today is dedicated to celebrating oysters!

After checking in and settling into our hotel, we will gather for a special evening at a local organic family winery. Once on land, we will retreat to a hidden gem nestled amidst lush greenery. Here, we will grill our freshly caught seafood, complemented by classic Dalmatian dishes like whole grilled fish, stewed octopus, and black risotto. Relaxing under the shade of trees, we will savor these culinary delights paired with exquisite wines, made by the owner, just for his guests, enhancing our meal with every sip. There will even be time for some leisurely beach moments, just steps away from our dining spot.

After a day filled with excitement and flavor, we will return to the Aminess Grand Azur Hotel for some well-deserved downtime. As evening falls, we will gather for a delightful finale—a dinner featuring mouthwatering pizzas and fresh pasta. Krazy for Korčula…Marco or Marko? 

Get ready for an exciting day as we set sail for the enchanting island of Korčula, one of Croatia’s most beloved treasures! Famous for its rich connection to Marco Polo and his Croatian roots, Korčula invites us to uncover its historical charm through a guided tour of its winding, ancient streets. 

Our culinary adventure takes a thrilling turn as we dine at the illustrious LD Restaurant, a Michelin-starred gem that promises a feast for the senses. Chef Marko Gajski, a maestro of Croatian cuisine, will dazzle us with his innovative dishes that blend traditional flavors with a modern twist, turning each bite into a culinary masterpiece.

After indulging in this extraordinary dining experience, you will have free time to shop for souvenirs, explore hidden gems, and soak up the island’s unique vibe. Thanks to the Pelješac Bridge connecting us seamlessly to mainland Croatia, we are about to dive into the heart of Southern Dalmatia for a day packed with fresh experiences. Get ready to explore the lush, fertile Neretva Valley, known as Croatia’s agricultural gem and famous for its zesty citrus fruits.

Our adventure kicks off with a visit to the fascinating Narona Archaeological Museum. Here, we will step back in time to discover the Augusteum, an ancient temple dedicated to Roman emperors from around 10 BC. Immerse yourself in the rich history and uncover the stories of this remarkable site.

Next, we will embark on a charming boat ride through the serene freshwater canals of the Neretva Valley, gliding past the fragrant mandarin groves. Picture this: a rustic riverside feast awaits, where you will indulge in local delicacies paired with wines from one of our favorite young winemakers, who will be joining us and serving his wines. This culinary delight perfectly captures the essence of the region’s flavors.

After a day of exploration and feasting, we will head back to our hotel. Unwind with a refreshing swim in the pool or simply relax by the Adriatic Sea, basking in the tranquil setting as the sun sets over the horizon.

The Best of What is Around…BOWA, Our Island Oasis

As we return to Dubrovnik, prepare for a final day of pure indulgence! We will hop aboard a sleek luxury speedboat and set sail for the enchanting island of Šipan, where the seaside paradise of BOWA awaits. Picture yourself in this Caribbean-esque haven, where the owners personally catch the freshest fish, ensuring each bite is a taste of coastal perfection.

Embrace the laid-back vibe as you take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters between savoring exquisite seafood dishes. Let the natural beauty and serene atmosphere envelop you, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and gourmet delight.

After this idyllic island retreat, we will head back to Hotel More, our elegant Dubrovnik base. Join us for a leisurely sunset stroll along the picturesque coastline, soaking in the breathtaking views. We will then make our way to one of our favorite local restaurants for a memorable farewell dinner. Raise your glasses with the Croatian toast, "Živili!" as we celebrate a week filled with incredible experiences, delicious flavors, and unforgettable moments.
